Florida rude rip off towing company

One day my girl friend had a car accident with my mothers car. After she was in critical condition the car was towed. J&J towing located in margate florida was extreamly rude not only to me but to my friend that went there. I asked that my friend would go and pick up some insurance papers ao i can handle my situation. How ever the ladie over the phone was so rude.

She replied " i am not letting any f—king idiot just walk into my yard" then she hung up on me. Now i was not rude at all.in my situation a was forced to call back and i asked to speak to someone else then she hung up on me. After that i called once again. She said that i would need to send a letter sign by a notairy. I complied with her demands. I sent with him 10 min a letter notariezed. Then she let my friend go and get my papers. When my friend tried to get my plates she said no he cant have those.

Now by the state of florida no one is allowed to have possesion of licence plates except the owner. She said that i needed to pay around $300.00. I asked if she takes checks or visa. She was again rude to me and said " you wanna be difficult then you have to pay cash".

Now in the yellow pages they have an ad that shows they accept discover, american express master card and visa. Now she threatend me saying if i didnt pay i wouldnt get my plates and she would report me to a collections agency.

You see i wouldnt mind paying any amount. Its just the rudeness that this company has shown towards me. Basically i want an appoligy from the company and one from the lady.
