Worst game system ever!

Well i had bought this game system thinking it was going to be a great, marvelous game system as the price is good, only 149.99 for a premium system bundle. After 2 weeks my game system has arrived at my house and i was so happy... A week into the gaming, boom the system goes to the main menu (that is the menu when you turn on the system, not in the game itself) and i was like what happen? Well i was shocked when the system did not read any disks not even CD-R.

Well i was furious and i immediately called the company, at the phone number? Well turns out that the "message inbox was full" i was like o.K. The next day called him back the same thing... Well im like maybe on the weekend they might be there, nope. So finally i message him through EBAY (his source of sales) and im like i need a different system, and he nicely said ok and sent me a new (used) one after i sent him my, non working on.

About 2 weeks later i receive my system and i start playing it again, this time, 3-4 days later, i get the 3 red rings, at this point im thinking to myself, this cant be... Well i call back and after about 1.5 weeks of constant calling at around 2pm, a gentleman picks up the telephone, and with a sleepy voice says "hello". Like really? What kind of company is this...
