True, they have our bank account #. It went into collections 2-3 years ago.

It isn't listed on my credit report. Agent said bank account was under my name. I called bank and they said our balance owed is zero.

Wife was stupid and already posted them $150. So now they are very friendly seeking cash. I was given a charge-off ulimatum for 1/3 of $1100.

I understand Aliiance could possibly be a 3rd party.

But it isn't on my credit report, something from 2006. And Bank of America says we don't owe any $.
