BAD service - package delivery

You folks provided the WORST service of all the delivery services during our recent bad weather. USPO and FedEx were both much better than UPS. I am, the Monday after Christmas, still awaiting some deliveries. I had always considered UPS to be the industry standard&not any more. You seem to have entirely forgotten your stated emphasis on customer service. The much-maligned USPO did a much better job than you people. So another consumer giant bites the dust&by their own inactions.
