Scam artists, particularly the owner Greg Brown, Jr.
Got contracts to rebuild several houses after the fire with help of Home owners association. We declined there services. Our property has a shared wall with another property they were rebuilding. Despite the fact, that we did not destroy that wall they decided to BILL us for what they called "shared cost", violating numerous construction, home improvement and civil laws by performing work without a written contract, without discussed price, just decided to bill us. After we rejected their bill, long after work has been done (more than 150 days) filed an illegal mechanics lien on our property. Also harassed 4 more families with illegal mechanics liens at the same time.
Any potential customers with home improvement contracts - stay away from these crooks.
