The One Handyman Poor workmanship and fraudulent mechanics lien

Arturo Torres failed to complete the job on a multi-thousand dollar project. He had bid a second property for us and when he learned he didn't get the job he left the first property and didn't finish. Walked away with all of our money (over 18k). He was upset so he put a lien on our property on another client's property knowing full well we can't transfer the title with the lien. Both liens are bogus and my attorney said it'll cost thousands to remove. Apparently Arturo knows this so he did it fradulently.

DO NOT trust him. His tile work is shoddy. He stopped up all of our plumbing with debris from the property. He leaves the worksites filthy.

Worst of all, he CAN'T be trusted with your money. We were burned badly.
