Bait and switch pricing

I recently made a trip to the Mittlewest Kennels in Bolingbrook, Illinois to hopefully purchase a new puppy. While I had been quoted one price on the telephone, the price was increased by at least $500 once I got out there. The puppy was not in good condition, I could feel his backbone and ribs.

This was a totally wasted trip for us and took over 2 hours of our time and I feel that the lower price was quoted to get us out there.
