Julie Martinez -Ingodd's Albert & Tai von Mittelwest (Genetic defective puppy) Hip Dysplasia at 5 1/2 months old with genetic deformed teeth

I bought a Ingodd's Albert & Tai vom Mittelwest puppy in Oct. When I talked to Julie Martinez I told her that I wanted a show quality puppy and she got me in touch with a friend of hers Von Der Beau Kennels for she had a puppy on Julie's website, so I made arrangements to buy that puppy but Von Der Beau changed her mind and Julie sold me one of the a Albert & Tai puppy, well I was excited and when she shipped the puppy to Vancouver airport we picked the puppy up and noticed the pup was gaging I check the mouth and there was a piece of wood wedged in between the top canine teeth and it had been there for quite some time for it had a very bad smell to it.

We took the puppy to the Vet hospital where I work that day and the vet tec had a look at the piece of wood and also said it had been there for a long time, then pup was very thin and I had the Dr. Look at her as well and as time went on she gained weight and then started to limp so I had xrays done on her and there were the results, she if fact had hip dysplasia at 5 1/1 monts old, that was very bad news, I also noticed that her canine teeth were not coming in right so we made an appointment at Canada West Veterinary Specialist in Vanvouver Brithish Columbia.

The Dr. Did a xray of her mouth only to find a canine tooth growing in her nasal canal, that was removed that day, he also noticed she had a canine tooth growing in her soft pallet but we had to wait a month to fix that for her tooth was not quite formed as of yet. The time came for that sugery to be done and the Dr. Cut away a piece of her gum and jaw bone so the tooth had some where to grow so my show quaility puppy is infact a genetic defected puppy.

When I contacted Julie Martinez she told me to send her back right away and that she would repaced the puppy that I had already spent money on for another puppy, I told her that I could not do that and have her destroyed I had already bonded with this dog. She has a guarantee that means noting, 100% quarantee is one of a kind, one of a kind is right. She told me that she needs proof well I have proof from one of the best Veterinary Specialists. She also told me that I could have 1/2 of what I paid for her as a credit towards another puppy.
