Charges on my att bill for a collect call that i never made Henderson

I never look thu my att bill. When i did finally go thru it i realized that i had some charges for a collect call for texas to a number that i didnt even know.
I dont know anyone in the state of texas and this call was made while no one was home. When i call the 1800 number that displays on the bill noone answers its just a machine. Im upset that these people are ripping us off and no one cares.
