Attempted to charge loan shark type shipping charges

You people apparently have redefined "slime". I called your Phoenix office this morning to place an order for putting green turf and had one of the worst internet experiences of my life.

The lady who took my call said she could ship my turf to a generic point in Tucson for only $200. When I asked how much it would cost to ship to my home in Green Valley, the amount was over $350. Are you people crazy or just crooks?

At that point I offered to drive to Phoenix to pick up the material - - at which point this women advised me that there was a shipping charge on everything regardless of whether it was picked up or not.

You people clearly are sleazy. I'll never consider buying anything from you in the future and will do whatever I can to help people avoid doing any kind of business with you.
