Terrorizes in oregon. Rip-off!

I bought my double wide as a single parent and widow in 92 I went through a bankruptcy some years later ch. 7. That was hard enough always having a-1 credit. But right after that I went through surgerys and a bout with minigitis. I almost lost my home on many many ocassions because green point lost payments both loan and ins. Forcing me to pay regadless of what proof I had... Or my desperate need for as promised my yearly defferal. They where exstermily cold and uncareing of my situations and did nothing to rectify thier mistakes and always blamed me.

They have currently taken moneys from my money order pmts for late charges when I have begged them for years to change my pmt date. Because of how I am paid. I owe less then 20,000 on a 80,000 loan that doesnt seem to empress these people or encourage them to work with me. My pmts are now in the rears because of thier taking late fees out Ill probably have to... Once again hire a lawyer to handle something they could easily rectify.

I understand a company called green tree LLC is soon to be taking over green points mobil hm loans... Oh God what mess will that create for those that are currently having problems with green point, and is it the same hateful, uncareing people running this co. Just under a different name? I pray not. I have lived many years of stress and nightmares from all green point put me through... And im putting it lightly.
