They Say They Care... Yeah About Your Money

Well it started last year my husband and I was looking for a place to live in Lebanon and it seemed we couldn't find a place anywhere. Then we came upon Kise Estates. I appeared to be a nice quiet place to live and the way the property mgr made it sound seemed even better so we pay the money which was freakin outrageous. And move in about a month later we start noticing that we could never get a parking spot close to our apartment that I was paying ungodly rent for. (Mind you I am 7 1/2 months preg) Then people are walking their dogs in our yard and they don't pick up after them. Trash majically appeared on our grass. So I get papers put on my door about doggie poo. I don't even have a dog told them this several times. They put people with kids above our apartment who run around all times of the day and night. People leave their clothes in the laundry machines. So i can't even wash my clothes. But nothing is ever said then I get more complaints about my dog i just recently got telling me that he's outside with out a leash and so on. When my dog don't go outside he does his business in a litter box.

Well when it comes down to fixing things or handling my complaints i have i don't get nothing. But some crap. I wish I would've never moved here they took me to court when I was 2 days late on my rent. I tell them that I didn't get paid again till the 1st they said owell you still are late plus we are charging you for the court fees and the 40 late charge. They don't care about anyone just getting their money. I go ask them the other day if I was to get transferred with my job out of state what happens? She tells me that I have to give a 60 day notice forfeit my deposit and pay over $1400. My lease isn't up till aug I think thats a bunch of crap. She says well you might as well stay yeah i bet so you can get another 2400 outta me. I hate this place I would live in the ghetto before I sign another 14 month lease. Nosy neighbors I can't even go outside without the chick across from me watching my every move like shes the police.

Speaking of 14 month lease comes to find out they have month to month leases and short term leases never heard that when we was signing the paper work. These apartments are not worth the money they want for them so if your in the area and are in need of a place to stay DON"T MOVE HERE.

Shoulda known something was wrong here when we saw people moving out every week.
