Ripping tenants off on there lease

Wildhorse Estates revised there lease and never told anyone. Before you had to give a 30 day notice, now its a 60 day notice and if you move out before the 60 days they charge you an additional $1,000.00 on top of your rent. You still have to pay your last months rent but they will prorate it. For example, if your move out date is the 26th, they will prorate it for that date but you still have to pay it plus the rent for your new place. They also wont give you your security deposit back even if you leave the place in better shape than you moved in.
