Is a giant ripoff... DO NOT TRUST THEM! Took 4k plus, did nothing!

I contacted Jk Harris in 2005 for help with a serious tax matter... Agreed to a paymnet schedule for nearly a year all of which I paid... After meeting with their rep Jim Bujarski in Dallas, TX. All smooth and oily... Never thinking that he was merely the face of some monster... Thinking that these so called professionals would do what they promised... I finished paying them sometime in 2006 and was hopeful that there would be some resolution... Sent emails inquiring about the progress of may case... And heard that the person who'd been previously assigned to my case was no longer with the company. The new person promised up and down she would get the matter back on track. Six months later she would not even return my calls... By august of 07 I was advised that a class action suit had been filed... When i demanded action I was sent letters saying in effect too bad charlie you are screwed!!! Do not trust your future to these liars!!!
