RAI Group, LLC Took my money and did not keep their promise. 8 months of BS

I signed up with JK Harris on 6-15-05. I gave them $500.00 to get started. I was assigned a case specialist. Sean Scott/Ellen Manahan. I previously had an installment agreement with the IRS. I was paying the IRS $700.00. JK Harris told me to stop paying because they were on the case and they were going to settle for a small % of what I owe. I stop immiediatley. I went back and forth with calls, letters, faxes etc. They basically did nothing for me. They changed case specialist on me all the time. While I was dealing with them for months, my interest with the IRS kept getting bigger and bigger. Not to mention the levy letters that kept coming and did happen. This went on for 8 long months. They had a power of attorney on the case. They then called me and told me there was nothing they could do. All they could do was set me up on an installment agreement. I told them that I did not pay then $3,500 to set up an installment agreement. That was the end and 3 years later I have not heard anything from them. I heard there are multiple class action law suits against JK Harrison. I want all the money I payed them with what ever interest occurred to the IRS. I will wait to hear from you.
