I placed an order online for a PC 7/4 Am. I tried to cancel it on line but came upon raod blockes. 7/5 Am I tried aclling the 18006249897 number to cancel and was given a message that the dept was not popen. So I used the on-line canel form. Complete that.
Today I received a message to call Customer Care Voice Department. I treid that 3 times. And each time told that cannot. The last perso I talked with offer to transfer me to a sales resolution specialist. That office is closed. The cancellation policy is that to cancel it must be done before production. I tried and hit reoad blocks.
I do not want to be charge the original shipping if they insist on shipping an item I do not wasnt!!!
