What a joke

First off my bike arrived a week late! Second it was a different color! Third over 1/2 the plastics were shattered! Fourth the bike I ordered was a different make and model! Fifth it's been 2 1/2 months and I still haven't seen any of the parts to fix it they promised me. And finally they bike runs like crap! This is a total rip off!!!
