I ordered the book from the tv. Then i ordered the cd from the website after reading the book, now that i have the cd and listened to it, where is the names of the agencies that you can send your proposals to and the applications are no where to be found either... If this country ethics are shown by this kind of trickery, to steal money from poor people that need grants to survive this time in our economy, then it seems like the U.S. Is in trouble.
