Breeder sold me a puppy with hip dysplasia, now the breeder has bred the same 2 dogs ripoff

Offered me a dog with hip dysplasia. They didn't recognize their agreement of the replacement dog. They place my puppy to rest and did not return my cash or provide me an upgraded dog. Today, they've bred exactly the same 2 pets that created puppies with hip dysplasia. They're illegal and shady.
