My company rented me a place to live from these people. They charged my company for cleaning and when I moved in the place was filthy and had to be recleaned. They were constantly showing up at the residence to do yard work and after hurricane dolly they took until November to replace everything that was damaged. Then harrassed me to sign a new lease b/c they saw my boyfriend with a pack of cigarettes and went ballistic.

Now mind there was nothing in lease stating I could not smoke and they had been inside several times over 5 months and never knew I smoked. For 6 months I could not use the second bedroom but never received a rent reduction for it, and their workman came too replace floor and left a horrible mess which I had to clean up. Claudia is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. She showed up to collect the rent at my work and was so rude to people there it was embarrassing. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They will drive you crazy.
