From what I know si that there are these gangs whom run the show at the Martinque apartments, and everyone who was living the good life before is now gone.
The gangs and pimps and pushers will renovate your apt and mail-box at no charge for just looking at them funny, so my advise is is if you want to live like a normal human - keep looking.
Then when the 2 above mentioned ways dont throw you, they use you body as target pratice and at any time one of the naboorley kids will work on your car - again for no charge.
