Ripoff slum lord manager gangs run wild complaints unanswered lots of dameged equipment

The manager of this Martintique Apartments are so corrupt that the owner/manager will say one thing while doing something else or its the manager at this very apartments that will lit gangs run lose and save even more money by not having a secuirty guard here.
There is far too much that gose on around here, kids are in control here even complaints go unanswered, the owner is not informed of what gose on here.
Thus it not really the place for a happy lifestyle unless you are willing to make do with what is here and by not going out side much, dont mind swiming in a dirty pool, a cold sana, a skimpy play ground in the back even the excersize room has a lot of equipment that is
broken down.

Then there are plans to build a fire station only a block away and if anyone has ever lived near a fire station, there is no such thing as staying up late and having a good nights sleep.

Horns honking in cw patterns, to pick people up, to alert someone not to pull in front of them, to open the gate to go out or come in. To tell others where you are parked, & so on and on and? If they want you out they will tell you by messing with your car, your mail box, even your apartment and all this present manager dose is
just talk of leaving the other person alone.

Just be sure if you were to move in here buyer-be-ware of what you are getting into, and remember the apartment on the other side of the empty field and west of the near by street has several unsolved murders there and somone said there was a hanging too.

The residance of there come here to ask of when this apartment complex will turn into a section eight, & the manager said maybe espically if enough people ask for this to happen.
