Orders short or wrong nearly every visit, poor management

Eat out 3 to 4 nights a week, seems every time at McDonalds the order is short or wrong, seems like they don't understand English very well, manager is Spanish so is about 98% of employees, i have a Spanish son in law no problem there, if you cant speak English then you should not be in that position, poor management is most of the problem, until gov cracks down it will not change thanks rchicks Ramseur NC McDonalds
