Do you understand english - short or not right

We eat out 3 to 4 nights a week, seems 3 out of 4 times the order is short or wrong, they seem like they dont understand english, you see i have a spanish son in law and thats all good, but if you cant understand english you should not be in a position witch should require. If the government would crack down on these companies maybe it would be better. The manager is spanish and so is about 98% of the employees. Ramseur nc store #3869
