Unauthorized Charges

I examined my Discovercard declaration recently, 4/1/09 and saw an unauthorized cost for $19.95 by Pro*Value Plus Regular. After I named the organization and requested them what their organization was they stated it had been a account for items and wouldn't inform me how or after I offered them my creditcardnumber. They stated they'd stop the account and return my income. Later, I described this to some friend in Ny and he or she explained that she looked over her Credit declaration and noticed exactly the same cost and may not determine what it had been for.
