Ripoff no product, hidden monthly membership fee billed to credit card

I just noticed a mysterious $20.95 charge on my August credit card statement and then realized it had also been charged on my July statement. I have no memory or paperwork evidencing I ordered from these jokers. I am being billed a monthly "membership" fee by Frontier.

I called the phone number listed on my credit card statement as "lms5-us-pay.com 866-221-5391". It was, of course, an offshore company that processes transactions for Frontier. They gave me a "membership" cancellation confirmation number, the name of the company, Frontier Pharmacies, from which the charge originated and the telephone number.

Of course, when I called the Frontier number 877-434-3329, no live person can be reached. I sent them an email from their email contact form to request a refund. Yet to be seen if: a) they cancel the monthly membership; b) if they issue a refund; and c) if they return my email.

DO NOT deal with this scam artist company!
