On march 3rd I was charged the fee for my credit score. Today i called because I never received it, and was told no report was generated. They expect me to make copy of my drivers license, credit card statement, ss#, and send it to their refund address. They were rude, and to submit their request is going to be more expensive and burdersome then the amount i was charged. I was denied a phone number of the department that could verify the credit card charge.
