What happens in vegas does stay in vegas

Well it started as a fun family vacation to sin city. It all changed when we got there. On the way from texas to vegas a sound was coming from the rear of our suv. It got louder as we got closer to vegas. Stop at a shop to have it looked at and was told it was internally from the rear end. Put in the shop at fairway chey in vegas on monday morning to have fixed. The service guy called in to get the suv fixed. Called again on tues and got voice mail to a lady named GAYLE.

Played phone tag all week with her leaving messages and she would call 1 time aday and leave hers too. She told dealer to have me ok a tear down and if it was to my fault i would have to pay that and if not it would be covered. $400. Dealer said not to worry that it isnt my fault. So i ok'd it. Called wed and still no word. So i called and left message after message and still couldnt get a hold of her. Called and got her supervisor JEFF and was told she would call me back asap.

Thurs called dealer and still no word from gayle. I told dealer if by noon (vegas) time if he didnt hear from her to put my truck back together. I got a hold of GAYLE thurs 11am and told her that this was bs and this shouldnt have taken days to get some word of what was going on. She said i was approved for work and was covered. Dealer called me 1 hour later and said i was approved but there was a problem with the approval. She approved me for USED PARTS ONLY.

Dealers dont carry used parts and didnt have time to find them since it was 12:30 and couldnt guarranty me that my truck would be ready on friday or even ready on monday because they are closed on weekend. I paid $400 to tell me it was internal (which is covered) didnt get fixed and i paid $250 for 2 new bearings and tax. Thank you scm. Now i know what scm stands for SCAM.
