On September 04, I placed an order for several items of clothing with ClassicCloseouts and waited patiently for the order to be shipped. On October 10 I recieved a confirmation notice that my order #122331, had indeed, been shipped, and gave me a tracking number at the bottom of the confirmation notice.

I waited until October 29 inquired with UPS with tracking # provided by this company. UPS said that the # was not a valid one on their system. I then checked with FedEx and got the same results, not valid there either.

I then tried to contact ClassicCloseouts to find out who they used to ship the order. They would not respond. I have tried to contact them at least 6-7 times over this 2/mo. And 16 days to no avail.

Is this company deliberately ripping people off and getting away with it? Is there any recourse that I might be able to take to either get my order or my money refunded so I can buy from someone who isn't out to RIPPPPPP YOU OFF!!
