Basement ripoff, basement cracked right away and have water coming in Dells

Midstate Concrete Construction was a subcontractor that our general contractor used to pour our basement floor and walls. Within two to three months of them finishing the job, the walls and floor cracked the floor in two spots and the wall in four spots, three of which leak water. Due to the water leaking, the home warranty is now void and the walls of the house are starting to bow out is spots. They do not care at all about their customers, they didn't even care that we reported them to the better business bureau.

We would sue them, but we don't have the money, so we are stuck. The people at Midstate are cold heartless people. I can not beleive that they would do such a bad job and not care.
