Fortis Concrete
Pitched the concrete so the water pools against my foundation and floods my backyard/basement

They failed 2 pre pour and 1 post pour inspection on my job, The inspector also informed me that they did not have the 5 inches that they say, they had barely 4" which was code. They corrected the ground to get the 5" but at the day of pour they tried to underpour the concrete to only give me 4" but I called them out on it and they corrected it. I questioned them as to the pitch of the concrete at the back of my house and their guy in charge said it was OK. Well a few days later I ran some water and it all pools at the back of the house, seeping along the foundation into my window-well and into my basement. This was similar to problem I had with the old concrete which was all cracked and pitched all over the place. That was why we were replacing it. They said they were going to fix it and the city inspector stated the only way was to rip out and re-pour.
