These are Nightmare Homes - DO NOT BUY!!!
You will not sleep!

Nothing built to code.
Basement floor 1.5 inches thick, code is 3.5 to 4 inches.
Whole basement floor is popping up everywhere.
Cracks and holes in basement walls and floor and water coming in everywhere.

Windows leak and extremely drafty.
Fireplaces are not exhausted properly and walls next to fireplace are hot.

Roofs need replacing after 5 years.
Severe separation in walls. Nothing is plum and square.

They use ILLEGALS to build homes.

They do NOT uphold the warranty.

They lie about what repairs need to be done.
