Threatened my credit rating—free trial not free!

I, like many others, was a victim of this company's facebook marketing. You agree to a free "trial" bottle of their nasty tasting, useless product. I tried to cancel when I noticed a charge from their company on my credit card account for a not agreed to amount of $87.97. I have tried calling multiple phone numbers and one line says "mailbox full" and hangs up, the other says "we are experiencing high call volume" and hangs up. So I sent an email threatening them if they didn't refund my charges immediately, that I would be reporting them to my state AG's office as well as my local TV station's consumer reporter. I also filed a report with the Consumer Advocacy Group. Within 5 minutes of filing this report, I received a VERY nasty phone call from a guy at Nutri Blvd. Whom I believe said his name was Mark (he hung up before I could verify his name.)

This call was received on my home phone at 10:38 am on 3/16/09. I will quote what I clearly remember him saying: "We will ruin your credit score (if you dispute these charges.) You want to f* with us, we'll f* with you!" He then hung up when I asked him to repeat what he just said.

Anyone who has defended this company to this point now needs to shut up. ANY reputable company would not resort to using such language or tactics. Of course, I have no way of proving what was said other than my good word.

There is a special place in hell for folks like this.
