Ordered 14 day "free" trial for $3.95. It took the product 6 days to appear on my front door.in another 4 days decided to cancel -10 days total. Called to cancel and my credit card was already charged for the next month $78.96 plus $8.99 for shipping. I tried to explain to them it had not been 14 days yet but all I got was the BIG run around.

Asked for a supervisor and was told they couldn't do anything either, the product had already left the warehouse and due to the sterile conditions of the product it could not be shipped back. They did credit my account $31.59 and gave me "a deal" because the product was already shipped. So, I was out $56.36 but was going to get another bottle of RezV, I wasn't happy but was able to satisfy my mind knowing that another bottle was coming and I didnt get completely ripped off~ how embarrassing to let people know that I was taken by a scam~ I did eventually get ripped off because the second bottle never showed up.

I tried emailing and calling. I get a returned to sender for the email and they do not answer the phone. I did get through one time and they tried to sell me more product. This company is a RIP OFF
