Scam! They take your money, charge your cards, refuse to cancel

I decided to try the supplement, like everyone else, it seemed fool proof. Try it, then cancel before the first shipment - AUTOSHIP REQUIRED - came out. I did try the product, but it made me very ill, so I wanted to immediately cancel any other shipments. Their hold time is in excess of 60 mins, yes over an hour of hold time, but they guarantee that if you leave a message it will be returned quickly. Also, you can email them and someone will get back to you right away. I did both, since I didn't have 60 mins to sit on hold, and trusted that someone would get back to me. No one ever did, I tried again and again and again. Finally, despite all my messages and emails, an autoship was sent out and charged to my card. I was furious. I called and waited... Are you ready for this... 95 minutes before I could talk to someone.By that time I was absolutely furious. But, he finally gave me an RA# and assured me that once the product was returned I would get credit. I sent it in, with delivery confirmation and watched my card for a credit. Never happened. So, I sent another email proving that my shipment came back and they emailed me back saying that I was ineligible for a credit because they can't resell the product, but as a "compromise" they would offer me 150% credit towards another product. The first one made me so ill I wouldn't take another product from them if they paid me. This is a huge fraud and scam, don't waste your time. They take your money and info and that's it!!!
