Sarah Heiss Purchased Kid's Game for $6.95 - Green Tea submits $74.95 charge to bank!

Yesterday I received 24 emails from Sarah Heiss of Impact Wealth Solutions in retaliation for my repeated phone calls demanding the return of $74.95 to my personal checking account.

Shockwave software company sent email to my personal fuse.net account requesting a nominal one-time only charge of $6.95 to cover shipping and handling for the key code and additional cd version of Diner Dash Restaurant Rescue game that I was allowed to download immediately for my granddaughter to play. No terms and conditions or privacy disclosures were presented at the time of the sale. A picture of a green tea product was floating at the right of the screen that read FREE TRIAL OFFER to set up account with checkoutfree.com. I later received email from checkoutfree.com with a link to set up an account which I ignored. When I received a second email from Shockwave I followed the link to download the game.

On March 3rd, my bank received a debit of $6.95 from a company called Green Tea Co. On March 9th, my bank received a debit of $74.95 from a company called Green Tea Extreme LLC POS. They rejected the debit as unauthorized charge per my request and cancelled my debit card so that I would be protected against fraudulent transactions. On March 11, the $74.95 charge reappeared under the name of the company Green Tea Co.

During this time, I have made over 30 phone calls to the telephone numbers listed on my bank statement for the Green Tea Co. I have hours waiting to be transferred to supervisors, corporate officers, etc. Sarah Heiss spent 56 minutes on a telephone call refusing to allow me to speak. She continued to speak over me and five individuals repeating the mantra, "I will end this conversation..." then she sent 23 emails with a cancel form attachment of the identical form that I completed and sent to the Provo Utah address on the form well over a week ago. I have a tape recording that proves that I informed this company 27 times that I completed and returned their CANCEL form.

This morning a gentleman who lives in my area saw a blog on a company website and contacted me regarding a package that was delivered to his place of business in error. The package was returned to a company called Green Tea Extreme in Provo Utah. The package arrived yesterday and had to have been mailed out AFTER my cancel form was completed and sent to this company and I made the 30 telephone calls demanding the $74.95 that was fraudulently taken from my bank account.

Of course we are very upset by this incident. We do intend to seek legal remedies in that we honestly believe Sarah Heiss is using her company's email system to harrass and retaliate against us for seeking a simple remedy to this scam. I have witnesses willing to testify to the fact that she REFUSED to acknowledge that I had already completed her CANCEL form and kept insisting that I follow her rules which included my email box being filled with 23 copies of the SAME form that her company received.

Sorry to vent. This consumer will have her day in court with so many others who have experienced this disgusting scam!!!
