Charging my acct. From an affiliate that I cancelled. Not Authorized. Contact #'s not working. Got email address from affiliate. Sent email to get charge credited back. Waiting for reply

This has been a nightmare. 1st the affiliate green tea extreme was a hassle to get all charges taken off. Now trying to get this charged taken off. Tried a trail offer for green tea extreme. Called to return and cancel all offers attached to the trail offer. Took a lot of time to get all straight, so I thought.

Now received a new charge on my account the fit factory 39.95. Called my bank as the phone # on charge not working. They had no info. Then started thinking maybe this is still part of green tea exteme offer? Pulled up green tea extreme site, sure enough saw the words fit factory. Now you would think that if a person called to cancel all that was attaced to the trial offer that the customer service rep at green tea extreme would give you the heads up that you need to call another phone # to cancel the fit factory as well??? So here I am, went to the fit factory site and the other phone on site is also not working.

The csr I called today at green tea extreme says Phone # is correct and that if fit factory gets to many calls that it will say wrong #. And get this, the phone # on my bank transaction is no longer a working Phone # for the fit factory according to the csr at green tea extreme. So at this point I sent a request thru fit factory's wedsite and my personal email to get that charge returned back to my bank acct. Now I will wait for a reply?
