Fraudulent tatics, rip off your money after cancellation

I recieved product after trial period ended and they withdrew funds from my account. I returned product un opened, sent an email to cancel, they responded by em, ail giving me a link to a form I had to print out, fill in and mail to them. After doing all asked of me, the next month they withdrew funds again. Again I emailed them to cancel account again they sent an email with link to form, I replied that had already been done a month ago and they replied they never recieved the cancellation form. I tried to put a block at the bank but to no avail. I have since opened a new account and will continue to fight this company. They have several names Impact Wealth, Earn Microsoft Cash and a 3rd I cannot recall at this time. Can anyone investigate this complaint?
