Phones ON Nobody home!

I received a voice mail from Verizon Wireless stating that my phone bill had not been paid. Phone service would be shut off that day if I did not pay balance due immediately. I paid right then using my debit card with plenty of money in the bank using the Verizion Wireless CELL phone payment service. Two days later and numerous phone calls and searching the web site for human contact. Nothing available. Tried using Their online live chat. Filled out all the blank spaces and was immediately notified nobody was available to chat at that moment. I am still receiving the voice mails from Verizon on my phone that still functions. Sent them an email today. Fed up looking to cancel service as my contract expired a month ago. No penalties to pay.
