I purchased Boutique 9 sandals and paid via PayPal $44.39 an never received my merchandise. Upon receiving PayPal receipt, I noticed that the seller email was hepburnpaula@gmail an that the name was Shuai Chen. Seller never replied to messages an email provided in website is unavailable. Filed a claim with PayPal and never recovered my money.
