I am completely disgusted with Bank of America, not willing to work with longtime clients and even when I had to go into consolidated debt (HAD TO); they still wanted to play hard ball, had a lawyer after me told me to go into bankruptcy, you can't go into bankruptcy if the value of the home is more than $50,000 (??? - what kind of a shack is that???). They reduced my credit score which was around 750 to 437. They froze my equity account.

What is someone to do when I have never had a bad credit for over 30 years (since I had my first credit card); and now that I am unemployed, instead of helping you they kick you in a*. Dept consolidation doesn't help either because you have to hit rock bottom before they do anything, first the monthly amount of money they take out goes into an escrow, but where it really goes to is in the pockets of the lawyers who don't do squat! Even when you try to get out of consolidation, the money you put into escrow does to the lawyers not you, now ain't that a b*tch!

Signed frustrated and out of my wits end!
