Do not do business with this company... They Will Not Tell You This

Read this before trying to get help off the internet for a uncontested divorce. These people do not know what they are doing. They do not edit any of their mistakes so that when you download the LEGAL documents ALL the mistakes come with it. I needed to get a divorce. I had no money and non of the attorneys wanted to even listen to me for less than $5000.00. So I googled divorces and found Virginia Divorce online. They ask you quite a few questions about your spouse, you, any homes, children etc. You hit send and they tell you via email whether or not they can handle your case for $245.00. You put in your credit card information because you are approved and they say they will get back to you in a couple of days. AND all that part is true!

What happens is that these are documents they are used for everyone. So that if they forget to delete the persons information from before you, EXAMPLE: lets say your house is 1234 Elm street, Manhattan Virginia. But the person before you address was 89 Joscia Dr Aquebogue New York 11931, that is what appeared on this legal document someone else's information. I told them about this 4 different times about the huge mistake and all of the small misspellings. They were very annoyed at me that they had to keep going back and doing it again. I just asked them to PROOF read it and they would not have this problem. I asked for 1/2 of the fee refunded they said they would but never did. Then I asked to speak to the Attorney that backs this site and there is no attorney at this firm. They would only give me the first name of the owner and say he would call me back and he never did. I called the Attorney General's office here in Virginia but they said I needed the full name of the person in question and the full address so that they could respond registered mail
