I am having the same issue with this product and the AcaiBerry Detox. I had to cancel my credit card so they cannot deduct future payments. The credit card company advised me that these companies continue to change their name. So, if you block payment for genixdiet, they can file under a new name and charge your account since they do have the information. The webpage your represented advised me to use to cancel the product is Bogus. Shame on you for the misrepresentation. Putting Oprah and Dr Oz on you web page was a classical touch to reel people in to think this is legit. I hope the Better Business Bureau catches up with you.
