Unauthorized charges

I ordered the free trial for just shipping. I was then charged twice in the amount of 87.13 plus a foreign tranasaction fee. I had to call the bank and cancel my card. I also ordered the colon cleanse which I never received the free trail. This has been nothing but a major headache and hassel from day one. My free trail of the Acaiberry detox also arrived in a envelope with no paperwork inside what so ever. I was never informed that a charge would be made or that I had to cancel. As a result of taking money from my account unauthorized they overdrew my checking account. Thankfully the bank was more understanding and willing to correct the situation then the company. When I called to cancel the order they did not give me a confirmation number and I asked to speak to a supervisor and they put me on hold. I held for 2 hours and finally hung up and called the bank to cancel my card. Now I have to change my card number on all of my authorized purchases. This may very well be a great product but I think part of the weight loss results are due to stress and having to change everything. So I hope everyone reads the reviews before ordering. Buyer beware
