Lied to me/Took advantage of 50% Disabled Viet-Nam Veteran/Falsified Documents

Beth Pollard/Ryan Dolan / Tom Dolan lied to me & took advantage of me during a car deal. They gave me false Kelly Blue Book values on my trade in car, false values and information on the 2004 car they sold me. Reno Toyota told me the car I bought was in excellent shape.

I was told Beth Pollard was the internet manager & I would get the best price for my used car & pay minimum over the 2004 car I was buying. When I drove to San Francisco and went on line to Kelly Blue Book I found out I was cheated out of $10,000 on this deal.

At the time I traded in my car & bought the 2004 I made Reno Toyota aware that I am a 50% Disabled Viet-Nam Veteran suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Reno Toyota rushed me thru the deal. I asked to look up car value & was told their computer was broke.

After I drove the car about 40 miles, the 2004 car I bought began rattling, had brake problems, front end problems. Reno Toyota was called & made aware of the situation.

When I asked to get my car back & return the 2004 car, Ryan Dolan said "no one held a gun to your head". Ryan said, " I don't give a F—K". This is causing me Post Traumatic Stress flashbacks. I trusted a Toyota Dealer & I am now suffering for trusting them. They need to
pay me for my damages. Pleas HELP.
