On September 5 I Clara went to Larry Miller Toyota to purchase a vehicle. I was interested in a 2004 Tundra 4 door.

I was under the impression that my trade was going to be paid in full and I was also going to receive a $1500.00 cash rebate to apply towards my purchase.

The deal was made in such a hurry that my head was spinning. I was put in financing about 8:30 PM. I was still thinking that my deal was for them to pay my trade off and I in turn purchase my vehicle with the rebate and by me putting down 500 dollars down.

This would have made a total of $2000.00 off of the purchase of the truck.

I signed one contract stating the 1500.00 rebate and another one saying I had put 500.00 down, I was told this one was like a promisery not saying I gave them $500.00 I realized when I went home that I had been had because the total financing was going to be 31000 thousand, should have been 28,250 some where around there

I was so rushed that even Albert the finance manager was confused and he expressed this several times. I went to the Larry Miller Toyota on Monday the 6th and explained to them that this was not the agreement we had. I was told the deal was done and there was nothing they could do. Well come to find out that they had submitted a different contract to the bank than the one they gave me. I did not have a copy of this contract either. When they realized this they gave it to me then. The rebate of $1500.00 is no where in my contract and I signed the rebate to them thinking it was in my purchase price.
Larry Miller did me a dirty deal.

I want out of my contract and my 2002 toyota tacoma quad 4 X 2 back.in essence my deal was not explained to me and I signed not know that they had altered the numbers they had orginally gave me.

I did not know a different contract was sent over than the one thay had given me
Can some one please help
