Lied about financing

I was contacted by a salesperson from this business to come and buy a car and was assured that i would be financed. I kept the vehicle for 5 days and was then notified that i should bring the vehicle back after i had a signed contract. I was assured that i would get my thousand dollar down payment back when i returned the vehicle. I was not given the down payment back and now i have lost one thousand dollars and attorney fees to sue them. Do not do business with this company. They are true to the carsalesman rip off standard.
