Returned vehicle

Hi I purchased or should I say returned a vehicle back to JD Byriders, because even after I signed a contract with them I did not feel comfortable with the contract or the vehicle so I returned it back to them within 24 hours. I asked the General Manager there if he could give me a copy of the voided contract with his signature and he said no. So after about 1 hour of trying to get him to void the contract in front of me I finally called the police on him and the company.

She spoke with them and they expressed to her that I returned the vehicle to them and they gave me my 300 dollars back that was my down payment and that the contract was voided. I spoke with the officer and she expressed to me that since I did return the vehicle back to them within 24 hours then the contract was voided and that they could not put any adverse action on my credit report or take money out of my bank account.

The only problem I have with them is that they have my info and they can ruin my credit and take money out of my account. These people are ripoff artist and I am waiting 30 days to see if my credit report was affected. I already closed my bank account so they won't be getting any money from that account anyway. My complaint is that why do they swindle people into buying their cars then when the person doesn't like the car and wants them to void the contract in front of them they refuse, so you have all the info of the indivdual and no proof that the car and/or contract was voided within 24 hours of sale.
