Our electric service was disconnected on 2/25/09 because of a mistake or lack of communication on their behalf. They had ample time on that same day to utilize their procedures to correct the mistake and did't. They lied to us about when the lights would be restored and their employee - Angela didn't request for our service to be turned on, another employee at Ambit named Mike or Michael did at 2:57pm and said he listed it as priority ; so that it would be restored that day. The service wasn't. As of this very moment we still don, t have light service in our home. They are very slothful in providing service that is needed for customers. This is a result of their lack of good service and professionalism and respect for others requiring their service.
