Disconnected my electric service for 41 cents Dallas

I've been a customer with ambit for a year. I've always paid my bills in full with the exceptionof asking for an extension during the month of August January. Ambit requires that you pay 80percent of your bill in order to get an extension. I made an arrangement to make a 100.41 dollar payment on a bill that was 134.01, after I made a payment of 100.00 my service was disconnected three days later due to me not paying 100.41. Basically my service was shut off for not paying. 41 cents. I thought this was ridiculous and asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there was nothing that could be done. I end up paying an additional 90.79 on my account for not paying. 41 cents. Ambit is a rip off company, as soon as my"contract" is over in February I am leaving this so called energy company.
